To do this, information systems professionals must understand the client's business and be constantly aware of client expectations and perceptions by building a relationship with the client. This article analyses the structure and interaction of information systems departments with users in the past and identifies the skills needed to build a competitive information systems organization that will support today's more demanding information systems clients. |
