Tiivistelmä:Company vitalization - i.e. initiating flexibility and innovation - as well as "vital" internal corporate communications play a fundamental role for management in the future. A reciprocal relationship characterizes the two terms: on the one hand, corporate communications can contribute greatly to vitalizing a firm; on the other hand, a comprehensive vitalization strategy is needed in order to establish a culture of open communication.
