| Tiivistelmä: | The use of "appropriate theory" in management education is reviewed. It is known to offer a simplified view of reality, and to prove useful when coping with practical situations. The relationship between scientific and appropriate theory is examined.Research will serve to test and develop fundamental ideas from which appropriate theories can be developed. Without appropriate theories, busy practitioners can't draw their own insight from meticulous complexity of most research papers. |
