| Tiivistelmä: | The study seeks to analyze the organizational requirements for the exploitation of human resource management (here as: HRM) towards increased organizational performance. It aims to provide a conceptual framework for the analysis of HRM in learning organizations. The findings present the Requirements Framework for the Adoption of Technology Enhanced Learning and Semantic Web Technologies. This framework can guide strategies of effective competencies management in modern organizations. |
