| Tiivistelmä: | This article sheds light to the nature, antecedents and outcomes of dynamic capabilities in product development. It builds on the organizational context literature, using an input-process-output framework to argue that a context characterized by a combination of autonomy, performance management, support and trust facilitates dynamic capabilities for continuous product development. Moreover, dynamic capabilities shape product development competences. A survey research is performed with data collected from 80 product development efforts developed in Spain. |
