| Tiivistelmä: | As to economic prospect in 1999, most Russian hold pessimistic views, because first, decrease margin of GDP will be 10% to 15%, second, production will decrease 8% to 10% than that in 1998. And third, in 1999, economy undergoes decrease. The year 1999 can be called a crisis year. Such complicated economic sinuation has great effects on Sino-Russian trade relations: 1.Bilateral trade volume will keep the level of 1998; fluctuation range will not be very large. 2.The large margin devaluation of rouble causes that bank can not settle account normally. 3.The problems of the variety of goods exported from Russian to China are hard to regulate because Russia can not transfer its export structure in a short period. 4.Russia can not get rid of its economic hardship in short time, which providing China an opportunity to export to Russia. |
