| Tiivistelmä: | During Premier Zhu Rongji visiting U.S, the China-US energy sources and environment sector technology cooperation and trade agreement redound to clear political obstacle in terms of US technique exported to China. It indicated at least two purposes of China side; namely, China technology import is for the sake of economic development and improving people 's living quality, not for military uses. On the other hand, China endeavors to create conditions for US technology export to China as well as expanding US general export to China. The priority demands of China in energy sources sector: clean coal technique, large-scale power engineering technique, new energy sources exploration technique etc. The priority demands in environment field are air pollution control technique and engineering equipment etc. |
