| Tiivistelmä: | Advertisements for executives have been analysed in Scandinavia, Germany, Great Britain and France. The results showed that there are clear cultural differences concerning what is considered to be a good leader. In general, it can be said that the demands placed on executives in European countries vary a great deal. On must be aware of these cultural differences and try to coordinate them in such a way as to ensure creative and competitive cooperation across national boundaries. |
