| Tiivistelmä: | The chemical industry needed new qualifications to reflect flexible working practices, but the result could have applications beyond its own sector. Bill McNichol describes the work in progress. Problem solving, which was identified in the first brainstorming session, has remained at the heart of the proposed qualifications. As part of a future NVQ submission it will be necessary to detail not only the knowledge specifications but also the evidence requirements for the assessment of essential knowledge and practical skills. |
