Tiivistelmä:The study examines relations among underemployment, job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and turnover intentions. In general, perceptions of underemployment were connected with poor job satisfaction, especially for aspects such as overqualification and satisfaction with work. Perceived overqualification was also related to lower organizational commitment and higher intentions to change jobs. For part-time workers the negative attitudes were only present when they expressed a prefernece for full-time work.
