| Tiivistelmä: | In view of 1992 it is important for member states of the European Community to understand and recognise each other's qualifications. This article gives a general view of what differences there are between member states at the moment and what work has been done to overcome them. According to the author basic qualifications in Britain are at a very low level and if the Government do not set their targets higher it will mean difficulties in competing in the European market. |
