| Tiivistelmä: | Through formulating the model of commercial bank's policy decision on benefits, which is suitable to China national situation, the paper discussed the influences of the policy decision adopted by state-owned commercial bank in order to pursue maximization of profits on the validity of the interest rate policy carried out by central bank. It analyzed a major reason why the effect of interest rate is not conspicuous. Therefore, some effective suggestions are provided for improving the validity of China central bank's interest rate policy. |
