| Tiivistelmä: | This paper firstly analyzed the capital cost of transferable bonds. It is thought that the capital cost of transferable bonds is made up of three items, financing expenses, nominal interest, and hidden cost. On this basis, emphatically analyzed hidden cost and conditions for transferable bonds' issue, as well as the influence of market price of company's future stock on hidden cost. It is believed that low nominal interest rate does not mean low capital cost. In addition, if want to lower capital cost, the issue conditions, such as price of stock transfer, should be properly determined, based on accurate forecasting the company's future stock price. |
