| Tiivistelmä: | The major factor that affects the inhabitant's consumption behavior is income. The existence of expectation can maintain the compatible relations between income and consumption, namely, automatically regulate the dynamic equilibrium relations of the both. Direct risks are brought while reforming on social security system. If the risks are shouldered by individual, it means that real income is reduced. Therefore, people will reduce consumption accordingly, to accommodate relative reduction of income. |
