| Tiivistelmä: | Through the analysis on the real situation of China stock market, it is pointed out that matched stock rights have the similar character as grace period rights. In addition, the paper analyzed the influence of price of matched stock on the value of match stock rights. It also put forward a quantificational model for the value of match stock rights. Finally, combined with the actual situation, it conducted analysis and discussion on the assessment model, and pointed out practical meanings of the research conclusions for institutional investors. |
