| Tiivistelmä: | Based on the operational mechanism and influencing factors of the capital market, the paper constructs its supervising and warning system in reference to the following four subsystems: the internal production, price, interest and exchange rates, and securities. The system's functional goal is to be able to reflex keenly the omen of occurrence of crises of international finance and economy in order to provide the scientific and reliable basis for the state's intervention with the capital market. |
