| Tiivistelmä: | The flow process of transforming savings into investments has been checked because of the change of capital-raising system. The slowness in the transformation of the production structure and of the dual-track system cannot turn the income of the residents in the cities and the countryside into consumption quickly. The cyclical export of low-level products has strengthened the pressure on of the expansion of foreign demand. The countermeasures: to let the society to invest in the development of the national economy; to adopt the more effective financial and monetary policies; to quicken the process of urbanization and adjust the managerial strategy of enterprises. |
