| Tiivistelmä: | Two computer simulation models used by the Bonneville Power Administration /USA/ are described. These models are useful in resource strategy studies where a wide variety of policies are to be analyzed in a short time period. Results are presented from recent analysis of conservation programme impacts in the face of a capacity surplus. It is also discussed a simple analysis of the relative risk of alternative conservation strategies in the face of long-term uncertainties in loads and resources. |
