| Tiivistelmä: | This article examines Design Dialogue Groups (DDGs), which have been created to improve group creativity and organizational learning. The methodology has been developed through collaborative research between Sif (a Swedish national trade union for white-collar workers in Industry) and the Fenix Research Program. The author uses literature and empirical data as a basis for discussion about the factors enabling and restraining group creativity. |
