Tiivistelmä:This paper discusses a process of sense-making of employment and identifies employment advertisements to be useful agents in this process. Two studies are presented. Findings show in study 1 that people read employment ads in a search for information about employment. Study 2 provides evidence about the types of information about employment that ads offer.
