Tiivistelmä: | This study aims at comparing the perception of advertising (herein as: advg.) and communication (hereafter as: a-and-c.) channels btw. convention and visitor bureaus (CVBs) and meeting planners (herein as: m-pls.) in the USA. By employing 245 of CVBs and 226 m-pls. through an online survey method, this study uncovers clear channel discrepancies btw. CVBs and m-pls. as to attitude, preference, and usage of a-and-c. channels. Moreover, identified are different linkages btw. advg. channels and advg. effects in the two different groups. |
