| Tiivistelmä: | In spite of the fact that about 80p.c. of managerial work is based on interaction with employees and transmission or reception of information , the importance of organizational communication has not been realized and discussed extensively in prevailing management research and management literature. It has been proved by empirical evidence, that internal communication cannot be regarded as obvious and free of any problems. The understanding of interactive and dynamic nature of communication serves as a starting point for its efficient design. An interdisciplinary conceptual framework for the analysis and design of organizational communication and five criteria of efficiency are presented. |
