| Tiivistelmä: | This paper examines the integration of the human and technological aspects of innovation (hereafter as: inn.) management by modelling the inn. stimulus (as: i-stm.), inn. capacity (as: i-cap.) relationship in determining inn. performance (as: i-perf.), testing the research framework amongst 194 managers of Australian firms. It is indicated that both the relationships btw. i-stm. and i-cap. and btw. i-cap. and i-perf. are strong and significant. However, i-stm. does not show any direct effect on i-perf. Overall, the findings indicate that to achieve high i-perf., organizations need to develop the behavioural and cultural context and practices for inn. etc. |
