Tiivistelmä:The current paradigm of management education approaches the resolution of tensions between knowledge and experience, or theory and practice, through the notion of balance. The development of this particular paradigmatic approach can be viewed as a product of social and political forces in play during the development of management education in the US. It is also a reflection of fundamental constraints which have resulted from the involvement of multiple stakeholders in the scope and direction of American management education.
