Tiivistelmä:In today's environmentally-conscious society, it's natural for a company to want to label and promote products that are "green". However, before making claims that a product is "recyclable" or "biodegradable", marketing managers should be well-versed in the often confusing patchwork of federal and state laws regulating such claims. The author has examined the regulations governing the use of eight environmental claims and has identified management options in each case.
