| Tiivistelmä: | China should adopt the limited automatic checking system, a new form of investment examination and permission. That is the foreign investors can apply to the industrial and commercial management departments and tax authorities for registration without being permitted by the concerned governmental responsible departments to which they must submit their plans, provided that the plans are in line with the investment orientation encouraged by Chinese government and on condition that the two investing sides have paid in full 15 percent of total investment within 30 days after the investment agreement is in validity. |
