| Tiivistelmä: | China's foreign investment is excessively oriented to nonproductive projects. Only a small proportion of that has been made in the state-encouraging industries, such as energy, transportation and agriculture, while the investment in the processing industries such as light industry, textile, medicine, electronics and machinery takes a large proportion. But for the enterprises which produce export products and import substitutions by advanced technology, the proportion is rather small. Therefore, China's foreign investment should be redirected to traffic, transportation, post and telecommunication and other new industries and favorable polices should be made based on professional differences. |
