| Tiivistelmä: | To establish China's import and export banks will benefit the deepening of the country's financial system, and it will meet the needs of its trade and economic development and its export and import promotion. At present China enjoys a favorable balance of international payment and a large reserve of foreign exchange. That has brought about the successful opening of a number of banking organizations which are engaged or concurrently engaged in foreign exchange business. Also, it is generally believed that interest should not be the purpose of building these banks. As the first step, a national import and export bank should be set up, and then the branches both at home and abroad. |
