| Tiivistelmä: | This study postulates that the Theory of Planned Behavior could be used to guide the development of belief manipulation pre-training scripts. These pre-training scripts can be used to positively influence trainees' beliefs regarding the target system leading to higher intentions to use the system and in improved levels of system proficiency. |
