| Tiivistelmä: | Dynamic capabilities (here as: dyn-caps.) and knowledge (as: knw.) management (KM) are widely assumed to be linked to sustained competitive advantage. This paper deals with the nature of, and interaction btw., organizational knw. and dyn-caps. by 1. a literature review, and 2. a case study of the evolution of a new international business. The study illustrates how forms of knw., especially when transmitted via social interactions, can act as a source of dyn-caps. |
