| Tiivistelmä: | Modern strategic management theories try to explain why firms differ. This paper argues that there is a link between the role of dynamic capabilities and the firm's abilities for knowledge management (KM), which has not been fully articulated in the literature. The focus is therefore on ascertaining the conceptual connection btw. them as a basis for future research. The proposed framework acknowledges and critiques the distinct roots of each field, identifying boundaries, and proposing relationships btw. the constructs and firm performance. |
