| Tiivistelmä: | The job satisfaction level of black female managers is examined through the development of a structural equation model.The model specifies structural linkages among 4 factors;background, perceptions, organizational, and subjective ratings of overall job satisfaction.The model was made on the basis of data from a random probability sample of black female managers in 5 south-western states. Organizational measures account for most of the explained variance. |
