| Tiivistelmä: | The forms of State intervention in the technological field are many and various, ranging from financing research and development to the settlement of technical disputes between companies. But, whatever the form, it alters the competition between companies by increasing their technological potential and creating protected markets. This leads to new reactions on the part of the companies, namely relational strategies and alliance strategies. Technology directly intervenes in the struggle between competitors; recent strategic measures taken by certain companies lead now to the use of technology as a tool in the relations between the company and the costumers where market and competition have only a secondary function. |
