| Tiivistelmä: | This article shows the complexity of succession planning. The authors think that there are two important things that have to be said about succession planning. First that there is no universal approach for all companies. Secondly that there are certain key trends and assumptions about succession that we must bear in mind. A case study of four companies show how important it is to design our strategy of succession to the needs of the company. |
