| Tiivistelmä: | A new cable children's channel called Kindernet starts to operate, in the beginning only in Dutch. Programmes will be broadcast three hours on weekdays and four hours at weekends. There will be no advertising and violence. In about two years it becomes profitable. Later on the service will be shifted to DBS. |
