| Tiivistelmä: | It is examined how a firm's innovative performance (henceforth as: inn-perf.) is affected by different governance modes for external business development activities and venture relatedness. Based on analyses of a panel of the largest firms in four information and communication technology sectors, it is found that degree of relatedness for corporate venture capital investments, joint ventures, alliances, and acquisitions influences their impact on inn-perf. |
