| Tiivistelmä: | This paper aims at providing a roadmap for organizations for implementing a knowledge (hereafter as: knwl.) management (KM) system (KMS) reducing loss of critical information (here as: info.) and improving data retrieval (here as: d-t.), focusing on how to plan and implement a KMS where info. is sorted by definition, business requirements, and implementation. There is information provided for defining info. sources and simplifying d-t. The need to collect and retain corporate info. through cooperation of knwl. workers is recognized. Centralized storage and retrieval of info. is critical for KM. |
