| Tiivistelmä: | In personnel selection (e.g.) by assessment centers) standardized methods of assessment have become widely established. Although these methods have proved their worth in practice, they not always meet the state of the art in diagnostic theory. In the article computer simulated scenarios are analyzed in relation to their reliability and validity. The methodology is an expansion of the traditional planning game. It is important to realize that not everything that the PC makes technically possible is (diagnostically) also desirable. |
