| Tiivistelmä: | The following forms can be adopted in grafting in or transforming state-owned enterprises with foreign capital: (1) grafting in the whole; (2) one factory and two systems; (3) one factory and multi-system; (4) workshop-leasing; (5) transforming by changing the site of a factory; (6) complete new; (7) achieving the goal by two steps; (8) compensation trade. The article also expounds the characteristics and functions of varied forms of transforming state-owned enterprises by using foreign capital. |
