| Tiivistelmä: | The paper analyses gaps in six aspects of the development of township enterprises in the central and western parts of China. It holds that to promote the development of township enterprises in the central and western parts. 1.professionals should be fostered for the township enterprise there; 2.preferential policies should be adopted toward the central and western parts; 3.some township enterprise economic zones should be set up there; 4.capital input should be increased and traffic and energy supply should be improved. |
