| Tiivistelmä: | The main reasons for the current price hikes are as follows: (1) the increase of the component elements of product prices; (2) the rising cost of labor; (3) the decrease of financial subsidies; (4) the prices of farm products which are raised; (5) the influence of the prices of import goods (6) the increase of RMB input as a result of the settlement of exchange after the merger of exchange rates; (7) no necessary mechanism for price constraint, formed after having a free hand in prices; (8) over large scale of investment and too rapid growth of consumption funds. |
