| Tiivistelmä: | In view of the problems like the unreasonable regional distribution of foreign investment and invested industries as well as the false foreign investment for the purpose of gaining preferential policies by cheating, this paper think that we should adjust the policy of foreign investment and guide foreign businessmen to make them invest as more as possible in the central and western areas in order to benefit the reasonable adjustment of China's industrial structure. Besides, some foreign-invested industries should be open. At the same time, the adjusted policies should be favorable to state enterprises' participation in fair competition. |
