Tiivistelmä:This paper considers that the market system of supervising investment funds should be established at three administrative levels. (1) There is the constraint of laws and statutes, <> and <> should be promulgated and implemented as soon as possible; (2) The systems of"grading fund receivers according to credit" and "inf-releasing" should be established and perfected in order to supervise funds from different sides; (3) The supervising role of the body in charge of investment funds, securities exchanges, investment fund association and the "trustee" of investment funds should be brought into full play.
