| Tiivistelmä: | As infrastructure has such features as long cycle of construction, a lot of investment funds and long period of investment recovery, many countries have a preference for BOT financing model. The model is most applicable to the construction of power stations and highways for these projects have less impact on China's safety of national defence compared with airports and sea ports. BOT model can play an active role in the construction of infrastructure so long as China's government and the sponsors of projects can make reasonable arrangement regarding to the right of special permit. |
