| Tiivistelmä: | Considering the following, overall, the prospects of Hong Kong's real estate is and will be optimistic before and after 1997, despite of many factors influencing it. The prospects of Hong Kong's economy as a whole is optimistic. Its economic structure is changing gradually. The real estate has the support from Hong Kong's government and Hong Kong people's confidence in it is heightened. So Hong Kong's demand for housing will be great. But there are still problems. Investors are stopping to watch for they wonder Hong Kong people's and foreign businessmen's confidence in it. The government's high land price policy leads to the lopsided development of real estate. Speculation activities result in false boom of real estate. |
