| Tiivistelmä: | The problems in the business of foreign financial institutions in China are as follows: They have insufficient funds available for management and operation or transfer them to abroad. They delay in submitting required reserves or fail to do so. They transfer low-quality assets to China. Their floating assets are not up to the compulsory ratio. The bad debt reserves are not set rationally. In view of the above, we should strengthen legal propaganda, control properly the number and objects of introduced foreign institutions, strengthen audit supervision and management to prevent their profits from being transferred to abroad. Besides, we suggest that foreign financial institutions make rational adjustment of assets structure, strengthen the management of asset-liability ratio and grant more power to their branches in China. |
