| Tiivistelmä: | We can see the importance of property rights transactions from the drain of state-owned assets resulting from the sharply increasing of urban residents' deposits and large scale of state loss-making enterprises. To promote property rights transactions, we need to handle well the relationship between property rights and share transactions, between tangible and invisible markets, between the construction of unifying property rights transaction market and the possessions of regions and departments, between promotion by administrative means and pushing by market mechanism, and between the transfer of rights and interests in kind and the transfer of corresponding burdens. |
