| Tiivistelmä: | This paper thinks that oil reserves should be included in enterprises' assets and puts forward a new method of setting the price of oil reserve assets. The new method is to estimate first the expected super gains of oil reserves in the future oil-recovering and then convert then into current value which is used as the price of oil reserve assets. This method has the following advantages. It can reflect realistically and accurately the principal price of oil resources and can be combined with decision-making in investment, which benefits both sides of the assets transaction. |
