| Tiivistelmä: | The key to enhancing the quality and efficiency of utilizing foreign investment is to make great efforts to digest and master the key technology provided by foreign partners, which needs to be developed urgently and on that basis develop and innovate it. China should also bring into play the overall effect of the foreign investment-utilizing strategy of "exchanging market for foreign technology". Moreover, the time limits of Chinese-foreign joint ventures should accord with the term of validity of the technology provided by foreign partners and the technological development potential of the Chinese side. The main task in the management of joint ventures is to be in charge of realizing the goal set in joint ventures' plans and implementing the related articles in the contracts of joint ventures. |
