| Tiivistelmä: | It is feasible to exercise share ownership for China's specialised banks because (1) macro environmentally, a sere of financial laws have been formulated by the National People's Congress, the regulation and control by the central bank is now undergoing the transition from being direct to indirect , and financial deficits are balanced not by overdrafts or banks on loans but by issuing bonds (2) the reform in banks win not deprive the government of its control over finance (3)the introducing of non governmental shares into government commercial banks will unnecessarily lead to drain of financial assets of government owned commercial banks, but will contribute to the maintenance and increase of value of government assets. |
